Exchange and Return Policy

At Safwat Kahram, your comfort and trust in every purchase matter to us, which is why we offer a clear and flexible return policy.

When Can You Return or Exchange?

• Within one day of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition
• If you received an item different from what you ordered
• If the item is unused, with all original tags and the purchase invoice attached

Return Steps

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or technical support within 24 hours of receiving your order
2. Keep the item in good condition without any damage on your part
3. If the item is found to have been damaged after use, the return request will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to you

Important Notes on Fees

• Electronic Payments: A payment processing fee of 2.7% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 10 business days
• Shipping Fees: Deducted in all cases (whether shipping was free or paid), in addition to any other fees beyond the product price itself
• Installment Orders (Tabby / Tamara): Subject to each provider's own return policy
• In case of exchange, the customer bears the cost of return shipping, which is 24 SAR

Refund Policy

Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm it meets the return conditions above, the Safwat Kahram team will process the refund via bank transfer.
